Boston-Logan International Airport

Boston Logan International Airport serves as a gateway to the City of Boston and New England and serves as air travelers’ first impression of the region. The Airport handles over 40.9 million passengers annually, including approximately 32 million domestic passengers and 7.6 million international passengers.

Logan Airport has four Terminals with more than 100 gates and features approximately 209,000 square feet of concessions including food & beverage, news & convenience, duty free, specialty retail and passenger services in Terminals A, B, C and E. There are currently over 160 individual concession locations in these Terminals.

The Massachusetts Port Authority selected MarketPlace Development in Spring 2017 as the concessions manager for Logan Airport. MarketPlace is responsible for developing, leasing, marketing and managing the Authority’s concessions program with responsibility for overseeing the complete redevelopment and transformation of the concessions program.

MarketPlace is working with the Massachusetts Port Authority to improve upon its high quality, first-class concessions program that fully meets the needs and desires of the traveling public at Logan Airport with the highest level of customer service. The objective is to create a successful concessions program that features local stores and restaurants and that incorporates new and emerging concepts and technologies to enhance customer experience and customer satisfaction.
